  • Once the product is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. If you wish to return a product after it has been shipped, please refer to our refund and return policy.

Order Cancellation by Atomic Hearts:

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, or if there are any issues with payment verification. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are applicable only for products returned within the specified return period from the date of delivery. The return period is typically 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error in the product.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
